Pulled Jackfruit BBQ Sliders

Ingredients:

BBQ Pulled Jackfruit

  1. 5 Tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
  2. 1 can Jackfruit
  3. 4 Brioche Hamburger Buns

Directions

  1. Heat non-stick sauce pan at medium to high heat
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of oil or cooking spray
  3. Remove water from jackfruit can and empty contents into hot sauce pan
  4. Press down on pieces of jackfruit until consistently ‘pulled’ apart
  5. Add Barbeque Sauce and stir throughout jackfruit
  6. Spread jackfruit mixture to coat entire pan
  7. Increase heat to high and cover pan for 10 minutes, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes to allow jackfruit to crisp on bottom of pan
  8. Remove from pan
  9. In the same pan, heat the brioche buns on each side until slightly toasted
  10. Fill brioche buns with pulled jackfruit mixture and add more barbeque sauce if desired

Cole Slaw

  1. 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  2. 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  3. 1/4 Cabbage, diced
  4. 1 Carrot, diced
  5. 1 Teaspoon Salt

Side Salad

  1. Mixed Greens
  2. Honey Mustard (Mustard, Mayo, Honey, Lemon Juice)
